A very simple, yet aesthetically appealing nod to the classic Tyrolean / Dutch table clocks of times past.  This particular design, however, eliminates the traditionally ornate sculptural elements, and replaces them with clean, integrated lines within the structure, subtly enhancing the overall linear flow of lines found in the base and body.  This design ethic makes its way into the face of the clock as well, allowing for simplicity to take lead in the minimalist integration of simple dots of contrasting hardwood, (African Wenge in this case), to indicate the hour markers.
